Valdobbiadene, Strada di Prosecco aka My Favorite Place. Ever.

Ahhh! Where have I been? Well I have to admit my life has been a little, I mean a lot crazy lately. Over thanksgiving my husband was sick, so we didn't go anywhere and all last week I was working a lot, also I was preparing for his leave for training in Texas, plus our leave time home for the holidays! Sorry I've been so MIA, but I will get back to this soon! Bare with me though a very busy hectic time with me!

I did go to Valdobbiadene, which is the "Strada di Prosessco" (translating to Street of Prosecco), vineyard, after winery, and repeat a million times over. This area is a little known secret to the Americans stationed here. Prosecco is a sparkling dry wine, and this area is famous for this delicious wine, and it's only about an hour away from where I live. It's beautiful, I can never get enough of it! We went the day before Thanksgiving, and although my husband was sick, he was more than willing to polish off a delicious bottle of Sparkling Rose from the winery pictured on the left.

I kept it simple with my clothing. I layered a summer dress from H&M that has my favorite the circle skirt bottom, with again a chunky (wine colored) knit from a boutique store here. I seriously can't get enough of that look! Tall suede black boots from Macy's with another cute trend, boot socks, and (wine colored) tights and my leather jacket completed my wine festive outfit.
