Holiday Gifting

I know, I know, you're probably thinking, but it's only the beginning of November. Really though, it's soon going to be Thanksgiving, then it's going to be the middle of December, then it's going to be Christmas Eve or the First Day of Hanukkah and you're scrambling for a gift for your BFF. I know since I've gotten older, many friends have families or children they have to spread their holiday cheer to, so they aren't willing to break the bank on friends.

If you're anything like me, I LOVE giving gifts, but I truly believe it's the thought that counts. A small gift suffices for me, but I always make sure I get the right gift for the right friend. A eyeshadow palette isn't going to work for a girl that doesn't wear makeup, and a bottle of wine isn't going to work for someone who likes vodka. So although you don't have to be Daddy Warbucks, you do have to be Al Einstein when it comes to thinking about who it's for.
